"One of my first memories as a child is learning to ride a bike and loving the freedom that gave me. I have then spent a large amount of the next 50 years riding and racing bikes all over the UK and abroad.

With getting older life takes over and the time spent on the bike inevitably reduces so having Langfaulds Park and the neighbourhood BMX track so close to home in such a lovely spot is fantastic! When adulting gets a bit much I can take myself off to the park and do a few laps of the track and feel like a big kid again...always brings a smile to my face."
