Urban Roots, a community led environmental organisation based on the Southside of Glasgow, has a new 1 acre growing space. The site, which will be developed solely by volunteers, will include allotment beds for local people, a market garden growing produce to sell to local fruit and veg shops and cafes, orchards, wildlife areas and a natural play area.
