A launch party for 'Alive with Local Food' - a Strategy for supporting and growing the local food economy across the Forth Valley and Lomond region!

Hear about what's happening with local food across the region, meet producers and other foodie folk, participate in local food activities, and (of course) eat some local nibbles!

Launch Event: Thursday, June 06th 16:30 -18:30, Stirling Neighbour Food collection, Stirling High School

The event will include an overview of the aims and ambitions of the Strategy, hear from local food producers and projects, and about opportunities to get involved. There will also be networking, delicious local nibbles, live music and local food activities such as meet the hens, a flower-crown workshop, grow your own salad, and more.

The event is held in partnership with Stirling Neighbourfood – the click and collect weekly farmers market at Stirling High – with opportunities to meet your food producers, taste local food, and learn more about the market.

If you’d like to purchase from the market make sure to pre-order by June 04th direct from the Neighbourfood platform.

The event is free to attend but advance booking is required.
