The Tree Equity Score Map launched in late 2023, highlights areas of inequality in access to trees and will help funders and communities redress the balance over time. Between February – May 2024 The Woodland Trust need your help to complete over 500 tree canopy cover assessments. What is greenspace?

Greenspaces are the 'green lungs' of our towns and cities which contribute to improving people's physical and mental health by providing places for informal recreation and 'breathing spaces' to take time out from the stresses of modern life.
