Rouken Glen boasts great walkways, waterfalls, get to play in the streams, skate park, play park is fantastic, toilets are actually clean, boating pond.

The park has been awarded Green Flag status and was voted UK's Best Park at the Fields in Trust annual awards in November 2016.

Over £3m invested in the park between 2012-16 through Heritage Lottery and East Renfrewshire Council restoring some parts of the park to their former glory and create some new exciting facilities for current and future generations.

Tesco Bags of Help funded the Ghillie Dhu Trailm, the trail can be found around the busy areas of Rouken Glen Park, and anyone needing help can follow the faces and arrows, and it will bring them to the Pavilion Visitor Centre. Also funding was secured for a Young Enterprise Edible Garden providing a new kitchen garden to provide practical training for disengaged young people in horticultural skills.
