Spending time in greenspace and nature is so important for our mental health and wellbeing.

Research shows that just viewing greenspace can reduce stress and lower your blood pressure.

So, if you are self-isolating or can’t get outside, every day on FacebookTwitter and Instagram we’ll bring you a #DailyDoseOfGreenspace

…and please do join us, we would love to see your pictures and videos of where you are getting your ‘daily dose of greenspace’ - it might be a walk in the park, a cycle along the towpath, your favourite tree, the view from your window, or seedlings in your window box…

UPDATED: On 23 March 2020

Tonight's announcements from the Prime Minister and First Minister are clear - we must stay home

You can leave you home for only limited reasons and this includes taking exercise once a day.

While parks will remain open for exercise, this be on your own or with people who live with you.

Do not drive to parks, use quieter, local greenspaces that you can walk to from home.

Always keep a safe distance between you and other people
