Sue Wyllie, Bannockburn House and Gardens, Stirling

I started volunteering in the garden of Bannockburn House as soon as lockdown allowed. It gave me then – and still does three years later -  a welcome release from my day job at a computer, and a chance to come home with new skills, an exhausted body and growing friendships.

Bannockburn House and Gardens, situated south of Stirling, are owned and being developed by the community.
