We're delighted to share greenspace scotland's first-ever Impact Report, for 2024/25.

This report captures twelve months of working alongside communities, partners, and greenspace professionals across Scotland.  It was a year of significant progress - from co-creating meaningful COVID-19 memorials in every local authority, to launching the Parks4Life Community Fund.

This year also marked our new Chief Executive’s first full year in post.

"Taking on this role has given me the opportunity to meet the remarkable people who bring our work to life,"

"These connections have shown me the extraordinary reach and influence we have as an organisation."

- says Chief Executive Lorraine Tulloch.

We distributed £1.1 million in Tesco Stronger Starts funding to over 1,000 projects improving lives for children and young people across Scotland. Through Remembering Together, we co-created 32 COVID-19 memorials with artists and communities in all Scottish local authorities.

We launched the Parks4Life Community Fund - distributing £25,000 to 33 local projects from Scotland's pioneering greenspace endowment. Our MyParkScotland crowdfunding platform helped raise £250,000 for local improvements.

In North Ayrshire, we co-designed a Strategic Green Health Framework now embedded into community planning. With Public Health Scotland, we launched Scotland's first Green Health Learning Network - already grown to over 100 members. And our Park Managers Forum delivered 12 learning events, supporting 250+ professionals from 30 councils.

Let's work together

We're a small organisation with big ambitions - and we can't do this work alone. Whether you're interested in embedding green health into community planning, looking for support with community engagement, or want to explore innovative approaches to greenspace sustainability, we'd love to hear from you.
