Become a member

greenspace scotland supports a Scotland-wide network of greenspace organisations, groups and individuals who are involved in creating, promoting, improving, managing and using urban greenspaces.

The network offers opportunities for sharing knowledge, information and practice, as well as opportunities to engage and feed in to national policy consultations and developments.

Network membership of greenspace scotland is open to any organisation or individual involved in the delivery of greenspace in Scotland. Network membership is free. The only condition of membership is that you complete and annual survey to check and update the information we hold about you and to confirm your continuing commitment to membership of the greenspace scotland network.

Organisations and individuals can also support greenspace scotland financially, and receive additional benefits, by becoming a supporting member. Find out more about becoming a supporting member

Why should you become a network member?

greenspace scotland provides a strong voice for the greenspace sector by influencing policy and practice that has a positive impact on your work. We provide a national context for local projects, raising the profile of greenspace in the eyes of funders, politicians and other key stakeholders.

Being part of the network contributes to our goal that everyone living and working in urban Scotland has easy access to quality greenspaces that meet local needs and improve their quality of life.
