Bryan Harris

Bryan is Head of Innovation and Improvement at Hillcrest Homes, one of Scotland’s largest Registered Social Landlords with over 8,000 rented homes across the east of Scotland.   He is responsible for the Business Transformation, Sustainability and IT teams, working collaboratively with business partners and customers to orchestrate organisational change.

Previous to this, Bryan was Sustainability and Climate Change Manager at Dundee City Council, leading their award winning net zero and sustainability programmes. During this time, he was Chair of the Dundee Climate Fund and convened the Climate Leadership Group, bringing together the private, public and third sectors across the city. Having worked in sustainability throughout his career, Bryan holds degrees in Geography and Sustainable Development from Dundee and Aberdeen universities.
