Do you want to make a difference to greenspace in Scotland? Would you like to contribute to the strategic leadership and governance of greenspace scotland? We are looking to recruit new non-Executive Directors/Trustees to join our board. Our current Chair, David Jamieson, will retire at our AGM in October 2019 and so we’re also looking for expressions of interest in taking on this key role.

Greenspace impacts on people’s lives in many different ways and so we are looking for applications from people from a wide range of backgrounds to bring a diverse mix of skills and experience to the board.

Across our board we aim to bring together a vibrant, creative and diverse blend of people with experiences covering health, community greenspace, sustainable development, renewable energy, planning, regeneration, urban design and development, youthwork and young people, skills/training, research, fundraising and marketing from a range of backgrounds including third sector, social and community enterprise, public and private sectors.

These are voluntary un-paid positions; reasonable out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed.

For further details and to apply, please download the Trustee Prospectus and application form.

The closing date for applications is Tuesday 8 January. Interviews will be held in Stirling on Thursday 24 January.
