Online engagement for Woodside Making Places has been launched to gather community feedback on preliminary designs for the transformation of greenspaces in the Woodside area of Glasgow. This ambitious vision by RaeburnFarquharBowen for Queens Cross Housing Association will transform the streets, green-spaces, play areas and courtyards of Woodside; creating an attractive, multi-functional green infrastructure network with a strong sense of place.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the planned community engagement events have had to be adapted to move online. RaeburnFarquharBowen have built the website in-house, giving a resource where the local community can view project proposals and guide design decisions to ensure their needs are identified and met. It will be interesting to see how local people interact and engage with the digital engagement tools and we look forward to learning more about the project as it progresses.
