We are seeking professionals in the natural/built environment and youth work sector to form a Scotland wide Skills Bank to support the Young Placechangers. You could be a planner, ecologist, urban designer, landscape architect, archaeologist, youth worker or youth work training provider or other professional.

The aim of the Skills Bank is to link youth groups and young people to experts in their local area or to public realm professionals from across Scotland.

The role of Skills Bank members is to provide practical support and advice to groups who have received funding as part of the Young Placechangers Ideas Fund grant programme. Groups can apply for funds of up to £3000 to involve their local community to further develop their ideas for positive change. Read more about the Ideas Fund here

The prospectus will help you find out more about the opportunity of joining us as a Skills Bank member and how to apply. You can also email Angela Houghton, Young Placechangers Development Officer to find out more.

We ask you to complete a short application to be part of the Skills Bank. The deadline for applications is 11 February.
