Breathe Aberfeldy’s Seedcorn project ‘walk and talk’ and their Ideas Fund project, the ‘wellbeing walk’ is an excellent example of young people connecting with their local natural heritage and creating a wellbeing resource for the whole community.

The group’s next plan is to take VR headsets into the local care home, so that older people who can’t go on the walk can experience it virtually.
