Following on from their anti-litter campaign, the Ideas Fund grant was used to improve signage in the woodland. The young people were involved in designing the signs, measuring distances and deciding where the signs should go. Read more

The 30th Craigalmond (Davidson’s Mains) Scout Group is based in Edinburgh. The Scout section has approx. 30 members between the ages of 10 ½ and 14, and the leaders of the section suggested the scouts get involved in the Young Placechangers Programme. Read more

The S2 DYA Crew are a group of young people at Our Lady and St Patrick’s High School, Dumbarton involved in a series of environmental projects in the school grounds to make the place more welcoming and to incorporate growing spaces. They had been gifted over 1000 native trees from The Woodland Trust. Read more
